Hydro Rooter & Plumbing stands behind the quality of our work. This Service Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how customers can request warranty service.
1. Warranty Coverage
Hydro Rooter & Plumbing provides a limited warranty on labor and select parts used during service. Warranty coverage varies depending on the type of service performed.
Labor Warranty
We guarantee our workmanship for 30 days from the date of service. If an issue arises due to our labor within this period, we will return to correct the problem at no additional cost.
Parts Warranty
Parts installed by Hydro Rooter & Plumbing may include manufacturer warranties. Coverage depends on:
- The specific part
- Manufacturer terms
- Availability of replacement parts
Manufacturer warranties are honored according to their stated policies.
2. What the Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Pre‑existing plumbing issues not addressed during service
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
- Issues caused by third‑party repairs or alterations
- Normal wear and tear
- Clogs or backups caused by foreign objects, grease, wipes, or root intrusion after service
- Problems resulting from customer‑supplied parts
- Damage caused by structural defects, faulty construction, or aging plumbing systems
3. Warranty Service Requests
To request warranty service, customers must contact us within the warranty period and provide:
- Name
- Service address
- Date of original service
- Description of the issue
We may require an inspection to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.

4. Inspection & Determination
A licensed Hydro Rooter & Plumbing technician will evaluate the issue. Warranty approval is based on:
- Whether the problem is directly related to our labor
- Whether the part is still under manufacturer warranty
- Whether the issue falls within the exclusions listed above
If the issue is not covered, we will provide a quote for repair.
5. Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty coverage, customers must:

- Allow reasonable access for inspection and repair
- Avoid misuse or improper operation of plumbing systems
- Follow any maintenance recommendations provided by our technicians
6. Limitations of Liability
Hydro Rooter & Plumbing’s liability under this warranty is limited to:

We are not responsible for:
- Water damage
- Mold growth
- Structural damage
- Loss of use
- Incidental or consequential damages
7. No Implied Warranties
